- ►CYP2C19 — Essai randomisé chez 300 patients après accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique : le circuit pharmacien intégrant l'antiagrégation guidée par le génotype réduit les hospitalisations à un an (IRR = 0,700), mais l'effet propre du génotypage reste non isolable.
- ►CYP2D6 — Dans IGNITE ADOPT-PGx, ajouter du tramadol à l'oxycodone porte la charge opioïde postopératoire de 122,5 à 205,2 MME sans aucun gain antalgique, y compris chez les métaboliseurs normaux.

- ►CYP2C19 et SLCO1B1 — Sur 738 531 participants d'Our Future Health, 36,8 % ont déjà reçu un médicament apparié à l'un de leurs phénotypes actionnables, signal concentré sur ces deux gènes.
