- ►TPMT / NUDT15 — le panel de curation du CPIC désigne pour la première fois des allèles à fonction diminuée dans les deux gènes et reclasse plusieurs allèles jusque-là de fonction incertaine.
- ►Dépression — l'essai randomisé de 201 patients ne montre aucun bénéfice du test pharmacogénomique combinatoire sur le bien-être à 12 mois (différence -0,6 ; IC 95 % -1,8 à 0,5), alors qu'une étude rétrospective de 6 224 patients associait ce type de test à une meilleure observance (proportion de jours couverts 0,65 contre 0,61).
- ►NAT2 — le long-read dépasse 99 % d'exactitude de diplotype sur 1 828 échantillons et révèle 11 nouveaux star alleles, mais un panel de 4 SNP prédit déjà correctement le phénotype chez plus de 95 % des sujets, sauf chez les individus non blancs.
- ►UGT1A1 — seul signal pharmacogénomique reproductible du dolutégravir, avec une taille d'effet insuffisante pour justifier un génotypage de routine.
- ►CYP2C19 — chez 114 627 participants sous escitalopram ou citalopram, 29,7 % des métaboliseurs lents interrompent le traitement pour effets indésirables contre 21,6 % des ultrarapides.
