DPYD code la dihydropyrimidine déshydrogénase, enzyme limitante du catabolisme des fluoropyrimidines (5-fluorouracile, capécitabine). Un déficit constitutionnel expose à des toxicités sévères, parfois létales ; le génotypage DPYD préthérapeutique est recommandé (CPIC ; en France RNPGx et INCa-HAS).
